Purpose and Scope
This Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy defines the principles and procedures adopted by SpeedSellX (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) in processing refund, return, and cancellation requests for purchases made through the SpeedSellX Platform .
As the Merchant of Record (MoR) , SpeedSellX is the legal and operational entity responsible for all sales made on the platform , including payment processing, refund management, tax compliance, and customer support.
This policy applies to all products and services sold by SpeedSellX , including digital, physical, and nutraceutical products , whether owned by SpeedSellX or promoted by affiliates and partners
Eligibility for Refunds
2.1. A refund may be requested in the following situations:
● Duplicate or incorrect charge for the same order;
● Failure to receive or deliver the product within the expected time frame;
● Product or service not delivered due to an operational error attributable to SpeedSellX or payment systems;
● Legal requirement, card network, or acquirer determination.
2.2. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with content, results, or expectations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by SpeedSellX , which will assess the request and take appropriate measures according to its internal policies.
SpeedSellX maintains full responsibility for all operations , including those involving affiliates or partner producers, ensuring that all offers comply with the company’s commercial policies, quality standards, and applicable legal requirements
3. Request Procedure
3.1. Customers must submit refund or cancellation requests exclusively through SpeedSellX’s official support channels , available on the website or within the purchase confirmation email.
3.2. The request must include:
● Full name and email used at purchase;
● Order number or transaction ID;
● Clear description of the reason for the refund or cancellation.
3.3. Upon receipt, SpeedSellX will acknowledge the request within five (5) business days and may request additional information if necessary.
4. Review and Approval
4.1. All refund and cancellation requests will be analyzed based on:
● Proof of payment;
● Confirmation of delivery or product access;
● Product-specific refund conditions.
4.2. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
4.3. The refunded amount may take up to 15 (fifteen) business days to appear, depending on processing times by banks, acquirers, and card networks.
4.4. For physical products , when applicable, the customer must return the item in perfect condition, without signs of use and with the original, intact packaging , accompanied by proof of purchase. The refund will be processed only after the product has been received and inspected at the distribution center indicated by SpeedSellX.
4.5. Returns of physical products with broken seals, damaged packaging, or missing security labels will not be accepted , except in cases where the product received does not match the original order , is defective , or clearly differs from the description or specifications
5. Responsibilities of Partners and Affiliates
5.1. Partners (producers and affiliates) authorize SpeedSellX to issue refunds directly to customers whenever applicable, in accordance with its obligations as Merchant of Record .
5.2. Refunded amounts will be deducted from future payouts or the available partner balance, in accordance with SpeedSellX’s internal procedures.
5.3. Partners agree to cooperate by providing delivery evidence and assisting in dispute resolution.
6. Legal Compliance and Consumer Rights
6.1. SpeedSellX ensures compliance with:
● The Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law nº 8.078/1990);
● The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 ;
● Applicable refund and cancellation regulations in the United States and European Union ;
● Dispute resolution policies of card networks and acquirers (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
6.2. Nothing in this document restricts the legal consumer rights applicable under the jurisdiction of the customer.
